I'm surprised that the people around him didn't react more quickly or strongly when it first happened.....But I thought it was funny when on the report Bush said he "didn't know what the guy's beef was."....
You're right - I guess the dude is used to having to dodge things being thrown at him...

I'm amused, yet feel bad that most of the world hates us...Well, most of the Middle East.....and Asia.....and Europe....Well, Canada and Mexico still likes us, right?
I can't believe no one has picked up on this yet, but my favorite part is right at the beginning when Bush turns to the Iraqi Official and gives him the high handed "Sup Bro" high five crossed with the hand shake. Nothing says you're phoning it in at this point like a little urban funk greeting to a fellow Pillar of Democracy...
